         DEPOSIT TERMS:
  • Advance deposit of 30% is due at the time of confirming each reservation.
  • Remaining balance for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to check in.
  • Deposits are made by personal check or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
  • Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
  • Deposit is non-transferable.
  • Sorry no pets allowed
        CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
  • All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
  • Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
  • Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than 15 days in advance, less a 25% handling fee.
  • NO refunds due to weather or early check-out.
